2026 Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Resident Survey
You are receiving this survey because you are a resident with the Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA). The City of Oklahoma City and OCHA are partnering on this survey because we know how important safe, affordable housing is, and we need your input to help us serve you better. This survey is being conducted by a professional survey company, ETC Institute.
Your input is very important. Your responses will help the Oklahoma City Housing Authority make decisions about which services, processes, and buildings need to be improved. The survey is 11 questions long and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. To thank you for your time, the first 1,000 residents who return the survey will be eligible to receive a $10 Visa gift card. The gift cards are limited to one per household.
Your responses will remain confidential. The survey is anonymous and does not ask for personal identifying information. You will see a PIN number on the top of the survey. This PIN number is only used by ETC to validate the survey and determine which households qualify to receive a gift card. If you choose to provide your name, contact information, and identifying PIN to ETC to receive the gift card, your identifying information will not be shared with the Oklahoma City Housing Authority.
